1. How are you different to other Managed IT providers?

We have a guaranteed response times of 1 to 4 hours with an average resolution time of 2 hours for the majority of IT issues. We are also Cyber Security Experts and are globally certified and recognised as such. We will ensure all your devices are proactively monitored 24/7 so that any threats are discovered and eliminated before they become a problem on your systems. We also guarantee the secure backup of your files. In fact, we are so confident, we will not lose one important document, or we will pay you.
2. Am I going to be locked into a long contract with you for 12 months or 2 years?
No, you won’t be. We believe in flexibility and convenience for our clients. You just need to give us 30 days’ written notice and we will facilitate your smooth cancellation. However, it’s unlikely you will want to do that, as we have a 95% retention rate, but we know it’s great to have the option mad easily available to you. Our contract will be laid out in an easy to understand, brief as possible document in layman’s language and we will be totally clear and upfront about all charges and costs.
3. Will I have to sign up for a ‘one size fits all’ package, or will I have tailored options in terms of IT cover and cost for my company?
No, you won’t. We have a number of flexible options in terms of cost and options to suit your business needs, including recommended security, productivity and disaster recovery mechanisms you should have in place. We have some essential items but many options depending on your budget and depth of IT cover required.
4. What happens if we have a disaster outside of business hours such as a power outage and need support?
We have core business hours of 8.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday where our IT Consultants are working on the help desk, data backups, projects & IT security. However, we do understand that there will be times where our clients and businesses will need out of hours support or have an unforeseen emergency. We will strive to respond in this scenario, that if an issue has been flagged as urgent within our business hours, we will continue out of hours to get the issue resolved.
5. We are fine with our current provider and haven’t really had any disasters with them. We think they’re doing a good job. Why would we consider changing after being with them for a long time now and switch to Cinnte?
We are continually upskilling and training our IT Engineers in all areas of IT and we focus heavily on IT security. We will offer you superior security protection if you choose including 24/7 monitoring by our security software which flags us to any threats as soon as they emerge. We offer you very flexible options in our costings and overall offering across security, disaster recovery and productivity of your devices and systems. We guarantee our response times and our data backup. We know that IT systems or some aspects of your IT failing can sink small businesses. This is particularly true in respect of security.
