However, we are always aiming to deliver best possible customer service and out Helpdesk support phone lines will be open fully during our key business hours.

COVID-19 Customer Communication
As we continue to hear more about the presence of COVID-19 in your area and around Ireland, we share the concerns of its potential effect on employees, families, and the wider community. We feel it's necessary to communicate frankly and keep our clients and all businesses who we deal with, updated on the decisions we’re making to preserve and maintain the well-being of our employees here at Cinnte and loyal clients.
We're not aware of any cases of COVID-19 with any of our employees or clients as of yet. Our immediate risk remains low, however, we are taking the responsibility in making informed decisions very seriously. Our team continues to communicate regularly to share updated information and discuss changes in the approach that will best protect our community. We have been preparing for a variety of contingencies and are ensuring we have the correct protocol in place as defined by the Irish Government and the Irish Department of Health. The frequent and additional sanitizing procedures outlined by the Department of Health are being strictly adhered to by our employees. We're doing our very best to stay on top of this quickly evolving situation and to communicate often with our clients and all businesses who we deal with.
Effective immediately are all non-essential onsite appointments for our Engineers and all tasks are being performed remotely, but if you need someone onsite we will dispatch ASAP in the case of an emergency, and take all precautions outlined by the Irish Department of Health.
At this point in time, there will be no interruption in our services. We at Cinnte are set up to work through challenging situations like the one we find ourselves in. We have harnessed technology to maintain functionality remotely so we can support our clients and ensure all IT systems function as normal. We are fully committed to minimising the risk of exposure to and transmission of the virus, looking after one another, and making decisions with our clients and our employees in mind always Please communicate with us so that we are best able to support you and your technology.
